Risks in the Development of 0fx Swap and Prevention Measures

2. Technical Failures or Downtime

Risk: Technical issues or system downtime can lead to transaction failures, impacting user trust and platform reliability.

  • Ensure robust and scalable infrastructure.

  • Have backup systems and failover mechanisms in place.

  • Regularly conduct system maintenance and updates.

3. Liquidity Risks

Risk: Insufficient liquidity in pools can lead to high slippage, impacting the user experience and platform efficacy.

Prevention Measures:

  • Develop incentives to attract and retain liquidity providers.

4. User Adoption and Market Penetration

5. Integration with Other Protocols

The following is needed to be done by the 0fx team:

  1. Setup single token liquidity pool for Synthetic tokens (eg. Token A or Token B)

  2. Set up synthetic token liquidity pools for both token pairs.

  3. UX designs for the 0fx swap app.

Deliverables

  1. Frontend app integrated with lending protocols and pools with flow for buyer and liquidity providers.
